McDonald’s HQ

When McDonald’s decided to move their HQ from a sprawling suburban campus to a new high-rise in Chicago’s West Loop, they were seeking transformational design. Seeking a design that would express their brand, attract new talent and serve as a catalyst for the company’s culture of innovation, they enlisted two design firms to bring their vision to life. IA Interior Architects focused on workplace design and change management, while Studio O+A was tasked with driving concept, storytelling and environmental branding as well as the design of the buildings communal spaces.
